Bookkeeping and Accountancy
Our team of experienced in-house bookkeepers caters to the needs of companies of all sizes. We specialize in providing these bookkeeping and accountancy services to international clients and Croatian companies which have international connections.
We offer the full range of financial accounting and payroll accounting, according to Croatian accounting standards HSFI or IAS/IFRS - but we are also qualified to help with your most refined needs for cost accounting or reportingissues.
We offer the full range of services necessary to incorporate all types of companies, with the aim of minimizing operating expenses and red tape for our clients. This includes (but is not limited to) accompanying and consulting our clients during the entire company incorporation process:
- Preliminary search, registration and approval of the company name
- Preparation and submission of required documents
- Payment of required starting capital (opening and handling of bank accounts, particularly for confirmation of depository bank that the share capital has been paid)
- Publication in the official gazette
- Entry of responsible person(s) in the corresponding register
- VAT registration
